Job Description
Hiring for TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (NETWORKING) Job Location: Chennai Minimum Requirements: Mid-Level: 2-3 years of experience in enterprise technical support with VMware products. Senior Level: 3+ years of experience in enterprise technical support with VMware products. Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter. Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Ability to troubleshoot networking issues at L2-L7 layers. Experience with tools like tcpdump, Wireshark, and Netstat. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Virtualization & Cloud computing, including vRealize Suite products, VMware NSX-T, and vSan. Certifications such as VCP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or RHCE. Understanding of storage technologies, firewall concepts, and endpoint security.
